Short rules of the tournament
- The Victory Cup is included in the preliminary stage of the Russian Cup in 2026.
- The 80th Anniversary of Victory Cup is held in two stages – preliminary stage and Final Four.

Preliminary stage
- The games of the preliminary stage in groups are held in two rounds.
- At the preliminary stage, the results of all group games (wins, points, games, balls) are counted.
- In all games, the teams receive:
- for a victory with a score of 3:0 and 3:1 - three points,
- for a victory with a score of 3:2 - two points,
- for a defeat with a score of 2:3 - one point,
- for a defeat with a score of 0:3 and 1:3 - zero points,
- for failure to appear A defeat is counted for the team's game, and one point is deducted from it.
If she fails to attend the game again, she will be removed from the competition..
- The places in the preliminary stage are determined by the highest number of wins scored by the teams.
If the number of wins of two or more teams is equal, the places are determined sequentially by:
- 1. the number of points in all games,
- 2. the ratio of the parties in all games,
- 3. the balls ratio in all games,
- 4. the ratio of wins in games between them,
- 5. the ratio of points in games between them,
- 6. the ratio of parties in games between them,
- 7. the ratio of balls in games between them.
- The Final Four is played by the teams ranked 1-2 in their groups.
- The city is designated for the Final Four by the Executive Committee based on the submitted applications.
Applications for the Final are accepted until 12:00 p.m. on September 15, 2025.
Final Four
- They meet in the semifinals:
- The team that took the first place in Group A with the second team of group B.
- The first team of group B with the second team of Group A.
- The winners of the pairs advance to the finals.
- The winning teams of the semifinals meet in the final. In the match for the third place, the teams that lost in the semifinals meet.
