President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin awarded Elena Mikhailovna Godina, Honored Master of Sports of Russia, with the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree! The decree signed by the head of state has been published on the legal information portal.
