Short rules of the tournament

• The Russian Championship is held in two stages – a preliminary stage and a playoff stage.

Preliminary stage

• The games of the preliminary stage in groups are held in two rounds.
• At the preliminary stage, the results of all group games (wins, points, games, balls) are counted.
• In all games, the teams receive:
  • for a victory with a score of 3:0 and 3:1 - three points,
  • for a victory with a score of 3:2 - two points,
  • for a defeat with a score of 2:3 - one point,
  • for a defeat with a score of 0:3 and 1:3 - zero points,
  • for failure to appear A defeat is counted for the team's game, and one point is deducted from it.
    If she fails to attend the game again, she will be removed from the competition..
• The places in the preliminary stage are determined by the highest number of wins scored by the teams.
  If the number of wins of two or more teams is equal, the places are determined sequentially by:
  • 1. the number of points in all games,
  • 2. the ratio of the parties in all games,
  • 3. the balls ratio in all games,
  • 4. the ratio of wins in games between them,
  • 5. the ratio of points in games between them,
  • 6. the ratio of parties in games between them,
  • 7. the ratio of balls in games between them.

The playoff stage

Quarterfinal series

• According to the results of the preliminary stage, the teams ranked 1-8 advance to the quarter-finals of the playoff stage.
• Pairs of quarterfinal series teams:
  • The 1st-place team meets the 8th-place team.
  • The 2nd place team with the 7th place team,
  • The 3rd place team with the 6th place team,
  • The team that took the 4th place with the team that took the 5th place.
• The quarter-finals are held until 2 wins.
• Match schedule:
  • Matches will be played on March 10 (the first match) and, if necessary, on March 16 (the third match) on the fields of the teams ranked 1-4 in the preliminary round;
  • March 13 (second match) – on the fields of the teams ranked 5-8 in the preliminary round.
• The winners of the quarterfinal series advance to the semifinals.

Полуфинальные серии

• По результатам ¼ финала этапа плей-офф победители выходят в ½ финала этапа плей-офф.
• Пары команд полуфинальных серий распределяются в соответствии с рейтингом по итогам предварительного этапа:
  • Первая пара – команда с наивысшим рейтингом встречается с командой, имеющей низший рейтинг среди полуфиналистов,
  • Вторая пара – команда со вторым рейтингом после предварительного этапа, встречается с командой, имеющей третий рейтинг среди полуфиналистов. 
• ½ финала проводится до 3-х побед.
• Расписание матчей:
  • Матчи пройдут 20-24 марта (первый и второй матчи) и, если понадобится, 1 апреля (пятый матч) – на полях команд, имеющих более высокий рейтинг;
  • 26-27 марта (третий матч) и, если понадобится 28-29 марта (четвертый матч) – на полях команд, имеющих более низкий рейтинг.

Финальные серии

• По результатам ½ финала этапа плей-офф победители выходят в финал этапа плей-офф, а проигравшие попадают в серию за 3 место.
• Финал проводится до 3-х побед.
• Расписание матчей:
  • Матчи пройдут 5-8 апреля (первый и второй матчи) и, если понадобится, 18 апреля (пятый матч) – на полях команд, имеющих более высокий рейтинг;
  • 11-12 апреля (третий матч) и, если понадобится 13-14 апреля (четвертый матч) – на полях команд, имеющих более низкий рейтинг.
